Homes near the lake (especially Provo’s west side and parts of American Fork) often have elevated slab moisture transmission. We test every basement and quote moisture mitigation when needed.

Utah’s alkaline soil affects concrete chemistry. Many older valley slabs have surface efflorescence and chalking. Our prep removes it before coating — most contractors paint over it.
